The reason this property website was developed was that I felt that estate agents were making far to much money at the expense of the seller and I wanted to change this by allowing the seller to be able to sell there property 100% themselfs and for FREE.
Lots of people think the only way they can sell a property is to use a estate agent but this is not ture.
The more you know what an estate agent does for £6,000+ on average the more you relise they dont really do much for it that you could do yourself, its just you need a property portal to be able to do this, so this is why I came up with time4you2move.co.uk
So the aim of time4you2move.co.uk is to cut out the middle man ie the estate agent and allow you to take full control of selling your property yourself. Lots of people sell unwanted items using ebay from ipods to cars so why not sell your property on line as well?
